This is a tool plate (not the grinding tools). Fitment depends on your edge grinder’s mounting pattern and your Lavina-style tool backing style. If you’re unsure, send a clear photo of your grinder head mounting pattern and your current plate (front + back) and we’ll confirm before production/shipping.

Q1: What tools does this plate accept?

A: It is designed to take Lavina-style PCD tools and Lavina-style metal grinding tools (tool backing style).

Q2: Is this the grinding tool set?

A: No. This is the magnetic tool plate only. PCD or metal tools are sold separately.

Q3: Will it fit my 250mm edge grinder?

A: Fitment depends on your grinder’s mounting hole pattern / head plate interface. If you’re not 100% sure, send photos of your grinder head plate (top + bottom) and we’ll confirm before production/shipping.

Q4: Does it fit Lavina floor grinders directly?

A: This plate is for edge grinders that use a 250mm plate system. It is not a direct “Lavina machine plate” unless your edge grinder uses the same mounting pattern.

Q5: What should I send you to confirm fitment fast?

A: Send:

1. your edge grinder brand + model

2. a clear photo of the current plate (front + back)

3. a close-up photo of the mounting holes / bolt spacing

Q6: Can I use both PCD and metal tools on the same plate?

A: Yes, as long as they are Lavina-style. Many crews run PCD for removal, then switch to metal for grinding using the same plate.
